Terms and Conditions

These conditions regulate the commercial relationship between Petavera and the user who makes a purchase in our online store.

1. Purchase Process

By placing an order at Petavera, the user declares to be over 18 years old and accepts these conditions. The sales contract is perfected at the moment the user receives the order confirmation by email.

2. Prices

All prices shown include the applicable VAT. Petavera reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping

We ship throughout Spain. The estimated delivery time is 24-48 working hours for the Peninsula. For the Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, delivery times may vary. Shipping is free on orders over €35.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The user has 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

5. Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
